// why laubraco

The reasons clients stay for years.

Senior engineers, not juniors

Every project is staffed with experienced engineers. The person scoping your work is the person building it.

You own everything

Code, repositories, infrastructure and documentation are yours from day one. No lock-in, no hostage situations.

Built to scale and stay up

We design for the load you'll have in two years, with monitoring and backups in place before launch.

We don't disappear at launch

Support, maintenance and iteration are part of how we work — most clients stay with us for years.

// how we work

A process built to remove surprises.

Clear scope up front, working software every sprint, and no mystery about where your budget is going.

Discovery & scope

We map the problem, users and constraints, then write a clear scope with fixed milestones, timeline and budget before any code is written.

Design & architecture

We design the interface and the system behind it — data models, APIs and infrastructure — and review the plan with you.

Build in sprints

We ship working software every one to two weeks. You see real progress in a staging environment, not status decks.

Test & launch

Automated tests, security checks and a staged rollout. We handle deployment, DNS, monitoring and the go-live runbook.

Support & scale

After launch we monitor, maintain and improve. You get a named point of contact and a clear SLA.

// what clients say

Don't take our word for it.

Laubraco rebuilt our payments dashboard in ten weeks. It now handles fifty thousand transactions a day without the timeouts that plagued the old system. They scoped it honestly and hit every milestone.

We'd been burned by two agencies before. Laubraco was different — senior people, clear communication, and code we actually own. The driver app cut our failed deliveries by over forty percent.

They took a tangle of spreadsheets and turned it into one platform our whole team trusts. Eighteen months later they still support it like it's their own product.

Questions clients ask before they start

How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, but most engagements fall between $10,000 and $500,000. A simple marketing site or MVP starts at the lower end; a full platform with integrations, mobile apps and ongoing support sits higher. After a free consultation we give you a fixed, itemised quote — no vague ranges.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused MVP usually takes 6–12 weeks. A larger platform runs 3–6 months. We work in one-to-two week sprints, so you see working software early and often rather than waiting until the end.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. Roughly half our work is for clients in Europe, North America and across Africa. We work across time zones, communicate in writing by default, and overlap our hours with yours for live calls.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do — completely. All code, repositories, designs and infrastructure are transferred to your accounts and ownership from the start of the engagement. There is no lock-in and nothing held back.
Can you take over a project another team started?
Often, yes. We start with a short technical audit to assess the codebase, then give you an honest view of what's salvageable and what isn't before recommending a path forward.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the start, not the finish. We offer maintenance and support plans with a named contact and agreed response times, and most clients keep us on to keep improving the product.
