Laubraco started in Benin City in 2018 with a simple frustration: too many businesses were being sold software that was slow, fragile, or never finished. We set out to be the partner we'd want to hire — senior people, honest scoping, and code our clients fully own.
Eight years on, we run engineering, design, and cloud teams across two Nigerian offices, delivering for clients from Lagos to London to Toronto. We've stayed deliberately senior and selective, because the quality of what we ship depends on it.
