Established in 2018 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Laubraco Technologies Ltd builds software, automation and infrastructure for businesses and institutions, from offices in Benin City and Lagos.
From building websites to running digital transformation.
Laubraco started building software in Benin City in 2018, out of a simple frustration: businesses were being sold systems that were slow, fragile or never quite finished. We set out to be the kind of partner we would have wanted to hire, with senior people on the work, honest scoping, and full ownership handed to the client at the end.
The work deepened from there. Clients who trusted us with a website came back for the system behind it, then the integrations, then the infrastructure it ran on and the security review it needed. Automation and AI followed, because the same clients kept describing the same problem: too much of the working day going on steps a system should have been handling.
Today we work across ten technology service areas from two Nigerian offices. The engineering discipline we started with — specify it, document it, deliver it, support it — is what every one of them runs on.

Say the true thing
Including when it costs us the job. If an off-the-shelf product will serve you better than custom software, or the timing is wrong, you hear that before you sign.
Build it properly the first time
Tested code, documented decisions, access control and backups, done to standard even where nobody would think to check. Rework is the most expensive line in any project.
Stay accountable to one name
Every engagement has a named technical lead who owns the programme and answers the phone. Responsibility is not spread around until nobody holds it.
Measure the outcome, not the effort
The question is whether the system is being used, the process is faster and the numbers are trusted. Hours logged are not an achievement.
